At Sanremo, directly over the sea, between the old Tourist Port and new Portosole, is the Residence Due Porti.

Situated in a very central position, overlooking the sea and the beaches, the Residence disposes of one, two and three-roomed apartments, provided with all conforts. A living room with a sofa-bed – all with a single block kitchenette provided with all the necessary equipment, fridge and electric cooker – direct line telephone – fire detecting system- free WIFI and ADSL connections – satellite TV – safe- air conditioning – children’s bed and chair – balconies with armchairs. Daily cleaning - bath and kitchen laundry every two days.

The Residence offers a hotel-like service of conciergery and daily cleaning, laundry service every two days, a private pay parking service, and is able to satisfy all holiday needs thanks to the rich offer of facilities: a solarium overlooking the gulf of Sanremo provided with sun-beds, armchairs and sun umbrellas; a terrace with a children playing area, a games playing room, satellite TV; free Internet Point and WIFI and ADSL connection; a FAX service; a pay washing machine; bicycles reserved for clients. The Due Porti Residence, moreover, has an agreement with the LIDO bathing station opposite the Residence (discount for beach facilities). A private pay parking area at a distance of 100 m. A supermarket – newsagent – chemist’s shop and restaurants within a distance of 100 m.

Residence dei Due Porti comprises one, two and three-roomed flats of various sizes facing the sea, all provided with all types of comfort, among which an equipped kitchen area, a furnished lounge area, a sofa bed, a separate sleeping area, a bathroom, a balcony, a direct phone-line, satellite TV, a safe, air conditioned, a fire detecting system, children’s bed and high chair on request, every other day linen changing, and an ADSL & WIFI connection.

Structure in a very convenient and strategic position for the center, the sea, and the station. Close to all services. Friendly and efficient staff. Modern and very nice apartment.

The structure is well organized, has all the comforts and the location is particularly strategic because it is facing the sea and at the same time a stone's throw from the center.
