The old town, that is less than 300 meters, is the living room of the city: you will find the best shops, bars, pubs and restaurants, several banks, the Post Office, a multi screen cinema, the venue of the congress' Olbia Expo, which they are organized throughout the year Meetings and Cultural Events of all kinds. Adjacent to the old town is located on the boardwalk, with the avenues for the walk, the Archaeological Museum, the two nautical circles.

The two main churches of the city are very close: the Romanesque basilica of S. minor Simpilcio is less than 100 meters, the primatial church of S. Paolo is right downtown.

For sports and relaxation just 100 meters away it is the Park "Fausto Noce", a green oasis in the city with bike path, exercise trails, tennis courts, ponds and fountains.

The two major malls in the city, one to the north the other south, around 2 kilometers away, can be reached by bus, which stops just below us.

The central location favors any displacement both private vehicles and public. At about 50 meters there is the ASPO bus stop of the lines of the city: from here you can reach in less than ten minutes the most beautiful beaches of the coast, both north and south (Porto Rotondo, Marinella, Marana, Bados, Pittulongu, Saline, Porto Istana). Runs every hour from 8 to 19, 30. The beaches have large free areas but also different bathing establishments for those who want more services.

For large distances the train station and the bus terminal of the line are approximately 200 meters.

The airport "Costa Smeralda" - about 2 km away. - It is easily accessible by public bus (2 and 10) as well as the Port "Isola Bianca" (9) which also is less than 1 km.

Flat very large and bright, with four bedrooms, furnished with care and simplicity, with a TV and air conditioning, two double / twin rooms with possible third bed, a family room and a single. Each room has its own bathroom EXCLUSIVE, only the single room could have the bathroom shared with another single.

The entrance faces a large living / dining room where breakfast is served self service. There is a living room, TV, library. Available for guests a refrigerator and microwave.

A comfortable veranda overlooking to the sea and the city center. And 'therefore livable at various times of the day to relax and read or just to appear on the outside world.

The kitchen is not in use for guests.

Rooms are available between the hours of 18. 00 and 20. 00 hours on day of arrival and will be vacated by 10. 00 the day of departure (or to be agreed with the various needs).

Breakfast (self-service):
biscuits, croissants, biscuits, jam, milk coffee, orange juice.

The self-service breakfast is served in the lounge from 6 am to 9 am, 30.

In the rooms it is not allowed to use stoves or the like to prepare food or drinks and any other equipment manufacturer of heat except for the ordinary toilet.

We accept small pets.

Room cleaning and linen change are provided every three days.

The cleanliness of toilets and the reorganization of the service is daily.
