Walking to the historical centre is not possible (too far, too dangerous in the dark). The room was not cleaned during our two-day stay, beds were not made. Breakfast has to be prepared by customers in the apartment. Otherwise everything was o.k. The owner is very helpful.

We stayed for one night at Mr. Sisti's B&B, in transit from the east coast to Assisi. The apartment is spacious, very clean, tastefully furnished and well-equipped.\n\nThe (Italian) breakfast was delivered in advance, which at first seemed unusual, but turned out as a plus in flexibility and privacy.\n\nMr. Sisti was very kind and helpful in providing information on Urbino and giving directions.\n\nIn sum, the B&B Sasso Fiorito is a very nice place to stay for a night or two and can be recommended to everyone traveling through the Marche.

Warm and welcoming structure. The manager is very courteous, helpful, polite, and friendly, with whom it is pleasant to converse and learn the secrets of the surrounding nature. Located in a corner of paradise, in lush greenery, even with 4 wonderful peacocks.

We stayed in May for the national rhythmic gymnastics championships. The structure is really beautiful, perfect garden to let the girls play in total safety. The peacocks are fascinating. Inside, the accommodation is cozy and very clean. There is the possibility to cook if you don't want to eat out. Everything you need is present. Comfortable beds and very clean bathroom with a convenient shower. For breakfast, a lot of things are made available. An absolute plus is the owner very helpful, very kind, and friendly. Perfect location. Everything reachable in a few minutes. Conad and Eurospin a few meters away. Excellent value for money.

Mini apartment with garden view, comfortable and well equipped. There was everything needed for breakfast, we found cleanliness, good quality towels, single doses of shower shampoo, autonomous heating. Very kind and helpful owner of B&B Sasso Fiorito, also gave us the map of Urbino and tips on places to visit and easy parking. I recommend this place, convenient for the proximity to some supermarkets, but especially for the proximity to beautiful Urbino.

The apartment was comfortable, impeccable, and equipped with almost everything needed. It is advisable to have a car as bus services are limited. Having a simple but functional kitchen is useful. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful. Urbino is a beautiful city, rich in history and very interesting, but the apartment is located in a quiet countryside area.

The friendliness of Mauro and his perfect welcome complement a splendid structure immersed in greenery. You are far from the chaos, the greenery of the large courtyard puts the guest in a good mood. Everything is very well-kept, everything you need is available in the kitchen-equipped rooms. Mauro will advise you on what to visit, how to move around the area, and where to eat if you don't want to cook at home. We felt at home, surrounded by non-invasive attention and lots of sympathy.

We stayed for two nights at the beginning of April. Urbino is a beautiful city. Mr. Mauro helped us in choosing restaurants and parking. He also provided us with information on what to visit in the nearby areas. The property is close to the city but you still need to take the car unless you are a great walker. For breakfast there was everything: tea, coffee, yogurt, rusks. I thank Mr. Mauro for his kindness and hospitality.

I chose the B&B Sasso Fiorito with my girlfriend as a base to visit the city of Urbino and its surroundings. From the entrance, the accommodation appeared in all its splendor (I can't imagine how beautiful it can be in spring): through a gate you access a large, well-kept garden embellished with flowers and plants, suitable for those with children and animals (which are welcome here). We were welcomed by Mr. Mauro, who immediately made us feel at home, proving to be a truly exquisite person throughout our stay. He told us about his passion for the birds he cares for (peacocks, roosters, hens, doves, of the rarest and most diverse species) and his new passion for organic farming, an activity he has undertaken since retirement and is passionate about (let yourself be led through the various terraces of his large vegetable garden and see his repertoire of birds, you won't regret it!). The room is simple but has all the services needed for a great stay. The cleanliness is perfect and everything is functional. Breakfast can be prepared independently with the products that Mauro had already made available before our arrival. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, so much so that it can also be used for preparing a meal. Particularly positive elements to mention are: the functioning and self-manageable heating, the bathroom, very clean and equipped with an excellent shower and impeccable sanitary facilities, the bed, very large and comfortable. Mauro allows entry and exit from the B&B without limits: in addition to the keys, we also kept the remote control for the electric gate. The price is absolutely fair, with a very high quality-price ratio. In conclusion, we highly recommend this B&B and will definitely return, if we ever pass through those areas again. Finally, a special thanks to Mauro: the attention to the guest is a very important aspect that few take seriously into consideration. We were really sorry to say goodbye to him.

Mauro and all his animal friends welcomed us as if we were at a relative's house. The spacious rooms all have a kitchenette, we traveled with friends and despite being all in the same house there was a lot of privacy. I recommend it to those with young children who can have direct contact with farm animals, guided by Mauro. More could be done on breakfast, and maybe provide the kitchen with some dishes (as well as cups and cutlery).

The place is very comfortable. Just outside the center. Free parking a 2-minute drive away, then a leisurely 10-minute walk to Piazza della Repubblica. In the evening, after 8 pm, you can park immediately outside the walls, in the blue parking lots, and you are immediately in the center. The accommodation is very nice, well-kept, new, and clean. The kitchen is very convenient for simple meals. Plenty of breakfast food. The B&B manager is very courteous and helpful. Ideal for families, but not only. Thank you Mauro!

We stayed at this property for just one night, but we had a great time, as the B&B Sasso fiorito has recently been renovated, with a private fenced parking lot with an electric gate! It is located in a very quiet area, but nevertheless a few hundred meters away, you can easily reach a free parking lot just outside the walls of Urbino! A further thank you to the owner, for the nice chat with a visit to his vegetable garden and animals, and for the care of finding bottles of water and fresh fruit in the room. Particularly impressed by this location just outside Urbino and away from the noise of the nightlife, the manager is an exquisite person full of attention towards the customer, literally filled the pantry for breakfast.\n\nHe was generous with information and introduced us to the restaurant where we also had dinner with our little dog.\n\nThe house is cozy and clean and equipped with everything needed for a short or medium stay. It is a cozy apartment just outside the walls of Urbino and immersed in nature. You can park in the private area and to visit the city, you can reach the very close free parking lots a few hundred meters away. Mr. Mauro is very kind and helpful for any need. The apartment is clean, well-furnished, and equipped with a small kitchen where Mr. Mauro provides everything necessary for breakfast or tea. What else to say, my wife, my 13-year-old son, and I had a great time and we recommend it.

The structure, where I stayed with my husband and our twelve-year-old daughter, is strategically located, at the foot of Urbino in a very green and very quiet area, as well as easily reachable and convenient to access to the city.\n\nThe room assigned to us was actually a two-room apartment with services and a small corner kitchen to prepare breakfast in the morning, the necessary was replenished by the owner the evening of our arrival and based on our requests.\n\nThe owner, Mr. Mauro, proved to be a truly kind and helpful person; the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, although perhaps the excess dust was caused by the radiators.\n\nFinally, I must remember that this structure, among the ones I contacted in the area (about ten), was one of the few to respond to me and the only one to offer us the availability of the room for just one night during the Easter period; for this we thank Mr. Mauro again!

The structure is located at the base of a small valley at the edge of a forest, immersed in greenery and isolated from other houses. Its position allows for a cool and ventilated microclimate, which allowed me cool nights on the hottest days of late August. In addition to the private bathroom and independent entrance from the garden, there is a small kitchen with a refrigerator with everything needed for excellent and abundant breakfasts. The positive side of this is that every guest can sleep as much as they want without being tied to breakfast hours. A flowery garden, well-kept and well-lit, makes the evenings before going to bed pleasant. The manager, very helpful, is always ready to provide information on any guest's interests. From the B&B, in a couple of minutes, you can reach the city entrances by parking in free parking spaces.

We stayed for two nights with my family, consisting of four people, to visit Urbino and I must admit that the location is definitely strategic: close to the city and free parking, then within walking distance to the historic center. The structure is well furnished and welcoming, complete with all services, including Wi-Fi and enclosed parking inside the house. Courteous and helpful owners, with Mr. Mario we also had long and interesting chats. If desired, a supermarket is also easily reachable. The rooms are spacious and well arranged, with the possibility to have lunch or dinner under the pergola. The area is very quiet, full autonomy in managing access with the car and in the apartment. Having two young children, we appreciated the size of the apartment and the garden closed by an automatic gate. It was a very intense, albeit brief, stay, in which the "FULL IMMERSION" in nature, with sightings of wild deer, the singing of birds, and the numerous birds of the henhouse cared for by Mr. Mauro, represented an ideal setting for visiting the masterpiece city of Urbino! We recommend it to all families with children (and without) capable of appreciating the hospitality of Mr. Mauro.

A big thank you as big as a house for a, unfortunately, brief encounter of humanity and sympathy in a fabulous setting. Thanks to Mr. Mauro, with the commitment to meet again for a mortadella sandwich. Clean, new, spacious and roomy apartment, equipped with everything. Private parking, total independence and the possibility to enjoy the never banal company of Mr. Mauro. Thanks again for making the end of our holidays even happier and for giving us many smiles.

Structure located just outside Urbino: a place of peace and tranquility immersed in greenery. Completely renovated rooms where the temperature is pleasantly cool even without the use of air conditioning. Cooking corner available to have eventual dinners (there is a supermarket nearby). The manager is very helpful, generous with very appropriate advice and open to any suggestion. It was really pleasant to socialize with Mr. Mauro with pre and post excursion chats. We highly recommend it. Definitely a B&B that will stay in our hearts.

Unfortunately, we only spent 2 days at B&B Sasso fiorito. Very clean, very convenient for reaching the city, very well-maintained garden, and especially for children, chickens, quails, and a sighting of deer just a few meters from the garden. Wonderful experience, we will definitely return.

The B&B Sasso Fiorito is an excellent solution for those who want to visit Urbino. It is located just outside the city in a very quiet environment. The property is situated in a beautiful independent house with a large and pleasant garden. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, very clean, and there is also a small kitchenette, very convenient especially for those who stay for a few days. The manager is very kind and very helpful.
