Cancellations due to any government restrictions (e. g. limitations to travel that prevent reaching the apartment, etc.) are penalty-free provided that the cancellations occur within 48 hours from entry into force of the restrictions themselves. Until the health emergency continues, check-in time could be postponed to 5pm in order to have the time necessary to sanitize the apartment between one guest and another.

In the historic centre of Sestri Levante, “Il Nido” is located in a unique position on the main alleyway, just 100m from the Baia del Silenzio (Portobello) and the Baia delle Favole. In the heart of the city in the pedestrian area, surrounded by restaurants, shops and pubs. Very quiet, it is the ideal solution for a pleasant seaside holiday or a romantic weekend. Free parking space included at 350m.

50 sqm one-bedroom apartment fully furnished and equipped; on the first floor overlooking a small courtyard

- Ironing board and iron, drying rack, vacuum cleaner
- Individually controlled air conditioning and heating
- Uncovered parking space 350m from the apartment in a private courtyard
Accommodation
2 people = king bed or two single beds
3 people = king bed or two single beds + single sofa bed
The beds and the sofa bed are in the bedroom; single beds must be requested at the time of booking
Note
- Cleaning of the apartment during your stay is not included; linen is changed every 7 days (on the agreed day our staff will collect the dirty linen and leave the clean one)
- The parking space is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival until 11 am on the day of departure; in case of reservations within 72 hours prior to arrival, the parking space is on request subject to availability
- Check-in time must be agreed at least 24 hours before arrival; in case of delay, a supplement of € 20 will be required; each guest must have a valid identity document with them (children included)
- In case of key loss, € 50 will be charged
